Received a huge bouquet of lilies picked up by hubby. It was very fresh even the next day. I always dread taking a bouquet apart but this was surprisingly a pleasure to do. It was so well put together....no disjointed stems, no bits & pcs, no mess. Even the layers of tapes holding the bouquet together seemed to have been carefully placed to have the ends showing so that you dont need to fumble to unravel them. Just like unboxing an Apple product ;). Also very thoughtful to include a pack of food for cut flowers to keep them fresh a little longer. Only disappointment is that the Claim a Reward QR given on the Thank You card had actually expired in 2024 :(

What is an Omakase arrangement?

An Omakase arrangement is a unique floral design where our florists select the freshest, most beautiful flowers to create a one-of-a-kind bouquet. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed, making every creation special.

How long will the flowers stay fresh?

With proper care, your flowers can stay fresh for around 5–7 days or longer, depending on the flower varieties. Trim the stems, change the water regularly, and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery may be available for selected orders and locations, subject to availability and order cut-off times. Please check the available delivery options at checkout.

What if my recipient isn't home?

If your recipient isn't home, our delivery team will follow the delivery instructions provided with your order. Please ensure the recipient's contact details and delivery address are correct. Contact us if you need assistance.

Do you use seasonal flowers?

Yes! We use fresh, seasonal flowers whenever possible. Flower varieties and colours may vary depending on availability, allowing our florists to create beautiful arrangements while maintaining the overall style and quality.
