Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

BEATO SG provides delivery within Singapore, subject to operational availability, delivery capacity, and location accessibility.

Certain restricted or special-access locations may not be eligible for standard delivery, or may require additional delivery charges.

These may include, but are not limited to:

Army camps
Airport terminals or airport cargo areas
PSA ports
Ferry terminals
Jurong Island
Restricted corporate, government, or industrial sites
Locations requiring special clearance, security checks, or access approval

Customers are advised to contact BEATO SG before placing an order for delivery to restricted or special-access locations.

2. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of order.

This includes:

Recipient’s full name
Recipient’s contact number
Full delivery address
Unit number
Postal code
Building name, where applicable
Special access instructions, where applicable

BEATO SG shall not be responsible for failed, delayed, or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated delivery details provided by the customer.

Additional charges may apply if the delivery address needs to be changed after the order has been confirmed or dispatched.

3. Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is available during BEATO SG’s stated delivery hours and subject to available delivery slots.

BEATO SG will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the selected or agreed delivery window.

However, exact delivery timing is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by BEATO SG.

Delivery timing may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, building access, recipient availability, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond BEATO SG’s control.

4. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is subject to availability.

Orders for same-day delivery must be placed and fully paid before BEATO SG’s daily cut-off time.

Orders placed after the cut-off time may be scheduled for the next available delivery date or may be subject to urgent delivery charges, depending on availability.

BEATO SG reserves the right to decline same-day delivery requests if flowers, materials, manpower, or delivery slots are unavailable.

5. Urgent, Express, or Specific-Time Delivery

Urgent, express, customised timing, or specific-time delivery requests may be available upon request and subject to confirmation by BEATO SG.

Additional delivery charges may apply.

While BEATO SG will do its best to accommodate requested timing, exact-minute delivery is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

For peak seasons, public holidays, festive periods, or high-volume dates, delivery time slots may be limited and subject to earlier cut-off times.

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on:

Delivery location
Delivery timing
Urgency of delivery
Restricted access requirements
Distance
Peak season demand
Re-route or second attempt requirements

Any applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout, stated in the quotation, or communicated before the order is confirmed.

Additional delivery fees may apply for urgent delivery, after-hours delivery, restricted areas, re-delivery, or address changes after dispatch.

7. Recipient Availability

Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

For business addresses, hospitals, hotels, offices, schools, residential buildings, and other managed premises, BEATO SG may deliver the order to the reception, concierge, front desk, mailroom, security desk, management office, or another authorised representative.

Acceptance by any such person or location shall be treated as successful delivery.

Proof of delivery may include a signature, photo proof, delivery note, driver confirmation, electronic record, or confirmation from an authorised receiving party.

8. If the Recipient Is Unavailable

If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, refuses to accept the order, or if access to the delivery location is restricted, BEATO SG may take one or more of the following actions:

Leave the order with the reception, concierge, security desk, management office, or another authorised receiving party
Contact the recipient or sender for further instructions
Arrange a second delivery attempt, subject to additional charges
Return the order to BEATO SG, subject to operational feasibility

If BEATO SG has made reasonable efforts to complete delivery, the order shall be considered fulfilled.

No refund will be provided for failed delivery caused by recipient unavailability, refusal of acceptance, incorrect address, incomplete information, or restricted access.

9. Re-Delivery, Re-Route & Second Attempt Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

Change of delivery address after confirmation
Change of delivery address after dispatch
Recipient unavailability
Incorrect or incomplete address
Restricted access delays
Second delivery attempt
Re-route requests
Return trip to BEATO SG

Re-delivery, re-route, and second attempt fees will depend on timing, location, driver availability, and operational requirements.

10. Delivery to Offices, Hotels, Hospitals & Managed Premises

For deliveries to offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, condominiums, or managed buildings, BEATO SG may deliver the order to the reception, concierge, front desk, management office, security desk, or any authorised receiving point.

Once the order has been accepted by the authorised receiving point, the order shall be deemed successfully delivered.

BEATO SG shall not be responsible for delays, loss, mishandling, or failure by the receiving point to pass the order to the intended recipient after successful delivery.

11. Self-Collection

Self-collection is available only during BEATO SG’s stated collection hours and subject to prior confirmation.

Orders must be fully paid and confirmed before collection.

Customers are responsible for collecting the order within the agreed collection window.

BEATO SG shall not be responsible for any deterioration in product freshness, condition, or appearance caused by late collection, improper handling, third-party transport, or storage after collection.

12. Delivery Delays

BEATO SG will make reasonable efforts to fulfil deliveries on time.

However, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

Bad weather
Traffic congestion
Road closures
Vehicle issues
Building access delays
Recipient unavailability
Security clearance delays
Operational delays
Supplier or flower availability issues
Events beyond BEATO SG’s control

Where possible, BEATO SG will inform customers of significant delays or changes to the delivery schedule.

13. Failed Delivery

An order may be considered failed or unsuccessful if:

The recipient is not present
The recipient is unreachable
The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
The location is inaccessible
The delivery location refuses entry
The recipient refuses to accept the order
No authorised person is available to receive the order
The customer fails to provide necessary delivery instructions

Where the failed delivery is not caused by BEATO SG, the order shall still be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be provided.

14. Peak Periods & Public Holidays

During peak periods, festive seasons, public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year, or other high-volume occasions, delivery slots may be limited.

BEATO SG may impose earlier cut-off times, limited delivery windows, revised delivery charges, or temporary delivery restrictions during such periods.

Customers are encouraged to place orders early during peak seasons.

15. Force Majeure

BEATO SG shall not be liable for delayed, failed, or incomplete delivery due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Traffic accidents
Road closures
Government restrictions
Disease outbreaks
Civil unrest
Strikes
Supplier shortages
Import delays
Technical failures
Power outages
Market disruptions
Acts of God
Other events beyond BEATO SG’s control

Where possible, BEATO SG will make reasonable efforts to update customers and arrange suitable alternatives.
