Yes, changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before delivery. Please contact us via phone for urgent requests.

Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient. If unreachable, we’ll notify the sender to arrange redelivery or pickup. Redelivery or re-route will cost an additional $25SGD.

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We are open from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. 

We use seasonal blooms, so if a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or higher value in a similar style and color. Our stylists ensure the arrangement’s look and feel remains consistent, though slight variances in color are natural.

Prices may change due to flower availability, which is season-dependent. Promotions and promotional codes, valid only for their specified duration, cannot be used retrospectively or combined with other offers. Discounts apply at the time of purchase only, and we reserve the right to amend promotion terms or withdraw them without notice.

Yes. You can select a specific date and time range at checkout for delivery, up to 30 days in advance.

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1PM in Singapore. BEATO SG's cut off time is at 1PM for Standard Same Day Delivery. Orders after that will be delivered the next day, unless opted for urgent delivery.
