Product Availability & Replacement

We love using seasonal blooms for most of our styling. Hence, if a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute this for a flower of the same or higher monetary value in a similar style and color. Be rest assured that our stylists will ensure that the look and feel of the styling will not be compromised.

Please note that, as with all natural products, there may be slight variances in color. The stylings photographed on our website are shown to give an impression of the size and style of the floral arrangement.

Prices & Promotions

A. Prices

As the flower availability depends on a certain season for its bloom, price rise of the flower is beyond our control. Beato reserves the right to change the prices of the flora and foliage at its discretion. We are not liable for any compensation resulting from such changes.

B. Promotions and Promotional Codes

Depending on the occasion and events, we may have promotions and/or product discounts that may need promotional codes. These promotional codes are only valid online and for the use of the user who received them. These promotion and their codes are valid from the time the introductory date up to the end of the promotional campaign. As such, the promotional codes cannot be used for purchases prior to the promotion introductory date and after its end date. Any kinds of promotion, whether with codes or not, may not be used in conjunction with other offer or promotion in any kind.

In the event that a customer has made a purchase of a product that is already discounted via the promotion or promotional codes, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. The company is unable to offer special discounts or to apply promotional codes for purchases that have already been made. As our products, especially those with flowers and foliage, depends on their availability, the company reserves the right to amend the terms of its promotion and/or product discounts or withdraw altogether, at any time, without prior notice.

The company may also offer personalized promotions to its customers which may only be redeemed by the customer who had received the personalized promotion.

Payment

A. Currency

All prices of the products and services shown on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

B. Payment Methods

1. Paypal for Credit/Debit Card payments
Website or online purchases can only be done by credit/debit card via Paypal transaction. Customers will be directed to Paypal for website purchases. Once payment done, a Paypal payment confirmation and Beato invoice will be sent via e-mail separately. Payment has to be made to confirm any or all orders prior to collection or delivery.

2. Internet Banking
For orders made via call, e-mail or SMS, customers may settle the payment of their orders directly via the corporate DBS Bank account (current account). Payment has to be made to confirm any or all orders prior to collection or delivery.

3. Cash
Cash payments can be made at Beato’s atelier at 1 Jalan Bingka, Singapore 588893. Payment has to be made to confirm any or all orders prior to collection or delivery.

Delivery

A. Delivery Address

We will ensure to deliver your order to the recipient’s address that you have provided. However, there may be times when this is not possible due to problems with the address information provided or due to problems beyond our control that our drivers may encounter when attempting to deliver. It is therefore very important that you ensure that the recipient’s address you have provided is accurate. Additional instructions would be appreciated for difficult to find addresses to assist our drivers.

We do not deliver to restricted areas such as Jurong Island and others. (Please contact our hotline @ 8338 1308 for more information and clarifications.)

B. Receipt of Deliveries

We advise you to ensure that someone is at the specified location to receive the delivery.

For deliveries to business addresses and hospitals, we may be deliver your order to the main reception. The signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the recipient or the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your recipient.

For deliveries to home addresses, should there be no one to accept the delivery, the flowers will be delivered to the management office, unless otherwise specified. The signature of any person in the management office shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your recipient in the event that no one is at home to receive the delivery.

Should you indicate that you do not wish for us to leave the order at the main reception or the management office, we will call the recipient’s contact number given.

Reroute charges apply if second attempt is needed.

C. Delivery Charges

Changi Airport/Airport/Marina Bay Sands: $25

Applies for deliveries within three (3) hours upon the order

Daily cut-off time is 12pm.

For same day delivery, the order must be completed by 12 PM on the day of delivery.
Goods will only be scheduled for delivery from 2 PM onwards. Please WhatsApp our sales hotlines @ 8338 1308 | 9831 3878 if you require an earlier slot (ONLY upon availability). Additional delivery charges applies.

Additional delivery charges may also apply to restricted areas such as all army camps, PSA ports and ferry points, airport cargo complex and terminals.

Re-route and Second Attempt Delivery

Re-route charges range from $20-$55. Please contact our sales hotlines 8338 1308 or 9831 3878 for more information and clarifications.

Self-Collection

Follows the store operating hours. Order need to be confirmed at least an hour before collection.

D. Other Matters

1. For the road safety of our drivers and all road users, delivery time may be affected due to weather, traffic conditions and/or unforeseen situations. The delivery may be earlier or delayed due to the listed reasons. We will advise changes in the delivery beforehand if possible.

2. We shall not be liable of any late deliveries or failure to deliver for circumstances beyond our control.

3. Refusal to accept by the recipient will be considered as delivered and no refund will be made and claimed by the client.

4. In the event that there is no recipient or no one is at the indicated address to receive the items, the delivery will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.

5. Items must be checked immediately and shall be deemed accepted if there are no discrepancies raised upon delivery.

6. Beato Pte. Ltd. reserves the right not to entertain any complaints due to the perishable nature of our products.

Subscriptions & Other Cancellation

Subscription and confirmed order are non-refundable upon cancellation.

Client may reschedule, at least 48 hours before the delivery subject to approval by the management of Beato.

Force Majeure

We and any courier service, that we may engage, shall not be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances include, but are not be limited to, any Acts of God (such as typhoons, rainstorm warnings, hill slides, earthquakes, flood, extreme winds and fire), man made (sabotage, explosion, accidents, traffic congestion), societal (riots, terrorism, industrial dispute or strike), political or governmental (changes in law or even ruling regimes), or market conditions (inability to obtain goods).
