What is Omakase?
The Omakase options is a semi-customizable floral service that allows us to create and optimize a particular floral arrangement based on the character and preference of your receiver. Basically, you put your faith in us to bring you the base of what you expect from a floral arrangement designed and catered to the attitude of the receiver.
When should I choose to use Omakase?
Anytime! Of course, if you are in a hurry or you’re not sure what your receiver would like, why not leave it to the hands of an expert?
What are Beato Fiore’s operating hours?
Our retail opens from 9am to 6pm. Standard delivery hours are from 9am to 6pm. If there are any urgent orders, please call us at +65 8338 1308.
Where is Beato Fiore located at?
Currently, we are at 1 Jalan Bingka 588893.
What happens if a recipient was not home at the time of delivery?
We will get in touch with the sender to advise for re-route or with approval, we will leave the flower arrangement at the door and a picture will be sent.
Where does Beato flowers come from?
Various countries but mainly from Holland, China, Taiwan, Kenya, Malaysia, Ecuador, South Africa, Eutopia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand.
How long does Beato Flowers usually last?
3-5 days. Depending on the type of flowers, some could last up to 10 days.
My order has been processed and dispatched. Can I change the flowers or details?
Once the order is processed, no cancellation or changing of flowers. Changes of details eg. Address or message card may incur extra charges.
Will Beato ever send me an arrangement that’s different from what I ordered?
No. Any changes to arrangement will be acted upon client’s approval first
Why is my phone number mandatory during checkout?
That is to help us improve our communication with you and prevent any order mishap, it also allows us to contact the owner if the receiver is not available.
